Editorial Policy

This policy explains how MatchResume.ai publishes career guidance that is accurate, transparent, and consistent with the product.

Who creates our content

Career Hub and guide content is produced and reviewed by the MatchResume.ai content team. We use an organization byline when no individual specialist has formally reviewed and accepted responsibility for an article; we do not invent expert credentials or personal authorship.

How we research guidance

We separate product behavior from general career guidance. Product claims are checked against the implemented MatchResume.ai workflow and current public pricing. General guidance is based on established resume-writing practice, publicly available hiring documentation, and clearly identified examples. Competitor details are treated as changeable and should be verified on the provider's current website.

How we use AI

AI may assist with outlining, editing, consistency checks, and example generation. A human remains responsible for publication decisions. We do not present generated examples as measured hiring outcomes, customer results, or independent research.

Updates and corrections

Articles display a review or update date when one is available. We update material when product behavior, pricing, terminology, or supporting guidance changes. Material corrections should update both visible content and structured data so search engines and answer systems receive the same information.

Limits of our guidance

Resume matching scores are directional product outputs, not employer, recruiter, or applicant-tracking-system decisions. Our content does not guarantee interviews or employment and is not legal, immigration, financial, or professional career counseling.

Questions or correction requests can be sent through our support@matchresume.ai.
